When I saw the preform for this piece in the forest, I immediately and intuitively felt I had to make it into a sculpture. From underneath the rotten pine wood emerged a fine wavy form. fine wavy form.
Nähtyäni tämän pienen aihion lähimetsässämme, tiesin heti, että siitä pitää tehdä veistos. Suurimmaksi osaksi lahonnut männyn juurakon pala sisälsi hienokuvioista ja laineikasta puuta.
